Why Work with Me

For 16 years I've worked with professionals at every stage: people navigating promotions they weren't sure they were ready for, career pivots that scared them, leadership roles that were harder than expected, and workplaces that were quietly wearing them down.

I'm direct, warm, and I don't do jargon. My job is to help you see clearly, move forward strategically, and lead in a way that's actually sustainable for you and for the people around you.

I hold a Master of Science in Human Services from Lincoln University and a Board Certification from CCE-Global. But what I bring into every session is something a credential can't quantify: I listen closely, ask the questions you haven't been asked yet, and I stay with you until the work is done.
