Engagements
Lesley M. Clelland is a speaker and leadership trainer who works with people on the front lines of hard, human work whether it’s in healthcare, government, education, public safety, and the nonprofit sector.
Drawing from her experience serving in a variety of leadership roles spanning across several state agencies, Lesley helps leaders understand what the work is actually doing to them, set boundaries that protect their longevity, and build teams where people can stay in this work without losing themselves. Her workshop, Still Standing (detailed below), has equipped professionals across the country with tools they use starting Monday morning, not someday.

Still Standing is a leadership workshop designed for the professionals who show up every day in high-stakes, high-demand roles and are quietly running on empty.
This isn't another self-care checklist. It's a real, practical session that gives leaders in healthcare, government, education, public safety, and the nonprofit sector the tools to do hard work without losing themselves.
In two hours, or a full training day, your team will walk away with:
• Language for what's actually happening in their body at work
• A 3-part script for setting boundaries without guilt or damaging relationships
• A personal burnout first aid kit they build during the session
• Two nervous system regulation tools they can use before their next hard meeting
• One specific, written commitment they make before they leave the room
Available as a 2-hour workshop, half-day training, full-day immersive, or virtual session. CEU credits available for qualifying professions. This training is for the leaders who give everything and still have to show up tomorrow.
